A movement practice that centers cutting loose, playful and tender explorations that weave balancing, breath, and laughter. This movement incubator invites you to dress comfy, in whatever way speaks to you (and to your inner child!) and embody joy together. Bring a friend!

This practice is designed to be a playful gentle treat for the nervous system- sprinkling in some elements of laughter yoga and optional partner yoga (all elements can be practiced solo if preferred), winding down with some restful sound bowl frequencies. 

All body types and abilities encouraged to come along. 

No prior experience necessary! Plenty of props available- feel free to bring a plushy or lil blanket or whatever might enhance your comfort for the wind down at the end.
