Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time are welcomed with real grace and zero fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours but before the start of your scheduled appointment time will be charged a $30 fee. If you miss your session without formally notifying us of your cancellation you will be charged in full.
Participants in our Accessible Pricing Program are not charged any cancellation fees.
If you are running late to a session your provider will wait up to 15 minutes, and your remaining session time will still be available to you. Please inform your provider if you're running late.
Clients who maintain a monthly membership pay a set fee on the first of every month in exchange for discounted credit towards services in our bodywork space.
Credits do not expire and can be shared with friends and family. If you accrue 6 sessions worth of unused credits your membership will be paused until (1) you drop below 6 sesions worth of unused credits and (2) you agree to restart your subscription.
Membership credits are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates do not expire but are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are assumed to be the same as cash in that they can purchase any goods, services, or tickets from the collective.
Refunds for events and workshops must be requested before the event start time. Registrants may aso ask us to hold the value of their ticket to be used towards future events.

Cleveland Embodiment has made intentional choices to limit the way we collect and use your data. We do not use any 3rd party analytics tracking software. We will not sell or gve your information to third parties. And aside from an occasional email newsletter, we do not use any identifying information for our own marketing.

Our web hosting provider will regularly collect and store connection-related data (e.g. your IP address and country of origin). It is stored securely with our web hosting provider, and we do not personally access that information.
Several of the forms on this site will ask you to provide identifying information such as your name, email address, and phone number. That data is stored with a secure, third party provider, and members of the collective are the only people who will ever access and use it. Our Booking service will also ask to collect and store address and payment information. This information is stored with a secure, third party provider and will never be used without your consent. We also collect names and email addresses for inclusion in our email newsletter.
We do not engage in any marketing via text message. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly, and you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
The primary use of all data we collect is to manage our bookings and appointments. When you book an appointment you will be asked about your automated appointment notification preferences and will always retain control over which notifications you’d like to receive.
When you sign up to receive our email newsletter we will use your name and email address to send those emails. Our email marketing provider tracks and reports open rates and link clicks in way that is tied to your identity. You can opt-out of receiving these marketing emails at any time.
For web and form data, you can contact us directly and request that data we’ve collected as a result of your use of this website be removed from our systems.
For text messaging, you have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To opt out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. If you've opted-in to receiving automated text notifications for appointment confirmations and reminders, you can update your settings with our booking provider, or contact us directly and we can update your account for you.
For email marketing, you have the right to opt-out of receiving email newsletters from us and can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletter or by contacting us directly.
