We are looking to add one or two new members to the bodywork team at Cleveland Embodiment Collective in Tremont. We're open to a variety of disciplines and modalities, and are prioritizing candidates who are interested in offering safe, trauma-informed work to a diverse group of clients.
Our Collective is a team of 4 bodyworkers and group facilitators who are exploring alternative models for running a wellness practice in Cleveland.
Scene magazine readers ranked us in the top 5 massage spaces in the city in both 2025 and 2026, and we have received national recognition for our accessible pricing models.
Our Clients are a diverse group of the sweetest folks who are all over the map on the spectrums of gender, sexuality, body type, race, class, and neurodiversity. Inclusivity and access is at the heart of our practice.
Wages are currently set at $65 / hour during client sessions, with an anticipated increase to $70 / hour next year.
Benefits include 5 days PTO and 5 days paid vacation annually, in addition to an ownership stake in The Collective.
Collective Ownership means that there are no bosses here. We set our own hours, we vote on shared decisions around spending and wages, and we all earn ownership of The Collective relative to the time we invest in it.
