April’s Movement Incubator, Spontaneous Co-Choreography, will be led by Fern Enley at 6pm on 4/10 at Abide West.
Join us for a two hour journey of story telling with our bodies, and no 'true' plot line> We will start off with a few playful exercises and insights about how we can share 2 hours of co creative, imaginative magic. The evening will begin with facilitation by Fern, but will become something more collaborative from there.
Fern Enley is joining us from the UK and is the founder of Radical Movement and Expression therapy. We’ll be announcing further offerings from them in the coming weeks, and we welcome you to join us in supporting them in all of the things they get up to while they’re in town.
Abide West is located in the studio space located behind Willow Room in Lakewood. The address is 15801 Detroit Avenue. There is free parking behind the building off Brockley Ave, and there's a cute li'l Abide West sign above the correct door towards the back of the building.
You'll have to climb just a few steps to get into the building. You can leave your shoes in the hall. The space has a private bathroom, cold water for drinking, and hot water for making tea. There's a quiet room set apart from the main studio should you need to take some space.
