Radical Movement and Expression Therapy is a 6-week immersive course inviting us to use creativity and play to balance the mind with the body and body with the mind. We’ll explore exercises and journaling around 10 attributes that give us a framework for navigating mental anguish and chronic pain.
The series is capped at 12 participants, and registration for the entire series is required for participation. This lets us build real safety with each other in a closed container throughout our 6-week journey together.
Pricing is $80 to attend the entire series, with a portion of tickets sold being reserved on a pay-what-you-can basis. Please contact us to get on that list.
Participation will always be at your own comfort level, and ample space will be made available for participants to take care of themselves as needed throughout. This workshop series gives us real opportunities to investigate our felt sense of presence, and encourages us to explore the way that shows up in the context of sharing space with others, and to take care of ourselves along the way.

We’ll return full circle to the theme of co-choreography, which was introduced as the theme for our Movement Incubator in April.
Fern Enley is an autistic survivor of the American psychiatric and special education systems, and has created this course for his own healing and now wants to share it with others who are navigating their own relationships with suffering and pain. Fern is joining us from the UK for a few months, and we welcome you to support them in all of the other things they get up to while they’re in town.
