Sarah-Jane’s intention with each client is to meet them where they are at and understand what their bodywork goals are. She likes to create a space where people can slow down, sink into themselves, and possibly notice some things along the way. She enjoys integrating craniosacral techniques and cupping therapy into sessions to help release tension on multiple levels. Clients often vocalize that sessions are relaxing while still feeling therapeutic and specific.
As a yoga instructor, she shares practices that encourage self-reflection, inviting one to get curious about their inner workings. Her classes often include movement that encourages fascial freedom and restorative elements that invite one’s nervous system to settle. She believes embodiment practices of all types can be a strong support for navigating the ups and downs of life.
